Greetings! My name is Salintha Washington. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, and an Associate degree in General Studies from Troy University.
I want to take you on a journey of self-discovery to introduce you to someone you have not possibly seen in a while. Most of us walk around suffering and lose ourselves in the monotony of life or things that we think are important. Suffering in silence because we are struggling to find out who we are or our purpose in life until one day we wake up and find out we are not happy. Just existing and struggling with what true happiness is. I want to introduce you to Selfology. A self-discovery and exploration of self and self-identity. Where you take the time out to really get to know yourself and understand who you are.
I have a heart for service and an interest in helping individuals, couples, and families reach their health and wellness goals. My passion is to bring healing to those who have been through traumatic and stressful situations.
